摘要
我国的热电企业大多采用6~50MW的汽轮机,75~220t/h的煤粉锅炉,除尘大多采用水膜除尘器,除尘效率在90%左右,且热电厂多建在城市的热负荷区域。由于除尘效率低,已不能满足当代环保要求。热电企业一般为地方性企业,经济效益较差,无力对除尘设备进行大的改造。以邵阳市热电厂为例,说明提高热电厂除尘效率的办法,并利用粉煤灰收集系统,实现干灰的综合利用。
The thermal power plants in China mainly install steam turbines of 6MW to 50MW and coal dust boilers of 75 to 220t/h. Water film dust removers are adopted to remove dust with the efficiency at 90%; and the plants are mostly located in cities' thermal load areas. Because of the low efficiency in removing dust, they can't meet the demands of modem environment protection demands. However, they usually haven't the ability to greatly reform the dust removal equipment for most of them are local enterprises with relatively low profit. By taking Shaoyang Thermal Power Plant as an example, the method to improve dust removal efficiency and realize the comprehensive utilization of dry ash by using a dry ash collecting system is introduced.
