摘要 介绍了一种气液两相滑动弧放电等离子体处理高浓度有机废水的新方法。此种方法处理废水的主要优点在于:可将水滴充分雾化,增加反应表面积,提高了反应能力;待处理废液全部通过强放电区域,可处理高浓度废水;可以连续处理,不需要较长的停留时间。实验针对高浓度苯酚废水,提出利用气液两相滑动弧等离子体多次循环降解的设想并得到了较好的实验结果。另外提出采用测定降解前后COD的变化来代替原苯酚浓度的变化作为实验效果的验证指标。研究了电极厚度、电极材料和气体流量的变化对电极间电流及COD降解率的影响,得到了一些有益的结果。有助于进一步研究低温等离子体高效降解大分子有机物。 A method, degrading highly concentrated organic wastewater by gas-liquid phase gliding arc discharge, is introduced. The merits of this method major in : water drops can be fully atomized, and the contact area can be enlarged, so the discharge efficiency can be significantly increased ; all of the highly concentrated liquor get through the intensively discharge area, and can be dissociated thoroughly; the instrument can work continuously without long residence. Multiple recycle be proposed direct toward phenol, and received favorable result. Use the variation of COD instead of degradation rate to analysis is another innovation. Thauthor studied several factors impacting the degradation, including the thickness, materials of electrode and the gas feed rate. All of the achievement will be beneficial to the future work, the degradation of macromolecule organic liquor.
