Transmission Electron Microscopic Studies on Discommensurations in Barium Sodium Niobate Crystals

本文综述了我们对于铌酸钡钠晶体中公度错的实验观测结果,包括对于公度错图像的鉴定,公度错成核与增殖的实地观察,公度错与公度-非公度相变的关系等,并对其可能的理论意义作一简单的探讨。

In this paper we survey our observations on discommensurations in barium sodium niobate crystals, includ-ing the identification of the images of discommensurations,in-situ dynamic observations and the relationship between discmmensurations and commensurate-imcommensurate phase transitions. Its possible theoretical sig-nificance is also discussed.
