摘要
针对复合材料构件设计中所存在的问题,应用基于规则的产生式知识表达,设计和建立了飞机复合材料构件的设计知识库系统。对其中的设计选材主要考虑使用温度、性能、成本、重量等多个因素进行综合权衡、折衷、择优选用;铺层设计知识库将铺层打样设计和铺层详细设计过程中所用到的经验、成文规定、原则等知识表示出来,通过一个通用的推理机分别加载不同的知识库进行推理。所开发的复合材料构件设计知识库用户界面与CATIA软件环境实现完全集成,并与其具有一定的交互功能。该系统对设计人员能够起指导作用。
To solve the problem of composite part design, through application of generative knowledge representation based on rule, a knowledge based system for composite part design was developed. In the module of selecting material design, several factors such as temperature, material capability, cost, and weight were taken into account for synthesis balancing, and selecting the best material. In the module of knowledge base for composite covering design, experience, prescribing, and principle were represented in composite covering initial design and composite covering detailed design. A general inference engines could reason by loading different knowledge base. The user interface of developed knowledge based system has been integrated with Computer Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application (CATIA) soflwara. The two systems could make use of each other. The developed system can do great help to the designer.
