摘要
二线制智能电气阀门定位器是阀门定位器的主流发展方向。本文详细阐述了基于MSP430单片机的智能阀门定位器软硬件设计,给出了HART协议通讯的实现方法,提出了阀门定位器低功耗设计中应采取的软硬件技术措施。实际应用表明,该定位器的主要技术性能明显优于传统的阀门定位器。
Intelligent electro-pneumatic valve positioner based on two-wire system is one of main developing trend of valve positioners. This paper describes in detail the software and hardware designs of the intelligent valve positioner using MSP430 single chip computer, gives the realizing communication method based on HART protocol, and proposes the software and hardware technical strateges for low power consumption design of two-wire valve positioner. The practical application shows that the main technical characteristics are obviously superior to traditional valve positioners.
