摘要
文中介绍VOIP终端设计方案,介绍系统的语音编解码部分。系统硬件设计已经完成,编解码部分的程序已经验证通过。
A VOIP terminal is introduced in this paper, and it is emphasized on the coder and decoder of voice. The hardware of the system has been completed, and the programs of the coder and decoder have been verified.
