摘要
在碱性硼砂溶液中,铁氰化钾可以氧化曲克芦丁,在4氨-基安替比林显色剂作用下发生显色反应.基于此,利用一种分光光度法测定曲克芦丁.该方法线性范围为(1.6×10-5)^(2.4×10-4)m o.lL-1,加标回收率为98.20%~103.3%,相对标准偏差为2.2%(n=9).利用该方法对曲克芦丁片剂含量进行测定,结果令人满意.
In this paper, a new spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination of troxerutin based on the ehromogenic reaction with the 4-aminoantipyrine after oxidized by potassium ferri- cyanide in hasieity borax solution. The proposed procedure has a linear range of (1.6 × 10^-5)- (2.4× 10^-4) mol ·L-1. The recovery is in the range of 98.20%-103.3%. This method is proved to he rapid, simple and sensitive when applied to the determination of troxerutin in tablets with good results.
