摘要
应用钢结构的稳定理论及计算方法对焊接铝合金工形截面梁的稳定问题进行了分析和计算,考虑了铝合金焊接结构热影响区材料强度的变化对梁整体失稳时临界荷载的影响,得到几种不同热影响区模式下的临界荷载,并与大型有限元软件AN SY S模拟计算的结果进行了比较,证明了分析计算的准确性和可靠性,对铝合金结构的稳定理论及计算方法的进一步研究具有参考价值.
This paper analyses and calculates exploringly stability issue about welding aluminum alloy Ibeam by means of stability theory and design methods of steel structures, and analyzes influence on critical loads under beam's integer buckling following material intension change in heat affecting area of aluminum alloy welding structures. After having analyzed calculation results and compared the results with ones gained by finite element analysis program ANSYS, a conclusion is arrived that analysis and calculation is exact and reliable, and it has an important referenced significance for further research on the stability theory and design methods of aluminum alloy structures.
