摘要
从信息技术的应用和知识管理的角度探讨上海华谊(集团)公司人力培训工作的一些设想,试图从培训工作的管理流程创新、知识管理创新和评价、激励体系创新等方面入手,分析企业在向学习型组织转变过程中的一些基本问题,提出了对构建长效培训机制、实现员工自主学习的一些初步想法和建议。
This article discusses some perspectives about the human resource training in Huayi Group in terms of informarion technology application and knowledge management. The author tries to deal with some basic problems, which happen in the course of a corporation transforming to learning-oriented one, by analyzing such aspects as training management flow innovation, knowledge management innovation and the corresponding evaluation system, innovation-promotion system, to name a few. Finally, the author proposes some fundamental ideas and suggestions about constructing a long-term training system and realizing employee's self-oriented learning.
