摘要
为了研制1种用于早稻秸秆还田的生物助腐剂,通过稀释平板法分离到了1株好气性纤维素分解细菌,CMC-Na酶活为3.2U,0.1%的尿素最适合该菌产纤维素酶,14d左右能够基本完成稻草的腐解过程,在19d内对早稻秸秆的腐解失重率为56.97%,比对照提高了4.44%.
The returning of rice-straw to soil was an effective solution to the environmental problem caused by rice-straw's incineration. In order to obtain a preparation to promote rice-straw's decomposition, a strain of cellulose-decomposing aerobic bacteria was isolated by using selective medium. Its CMC-Na cellulose activity was 3.2 U/mL. 0.1% urea was the optimal content for it to produce cellulose. Attended with it, rice-straw could be decomposed in about 14 days. The weight lost ratio of rice-straw was 56.97% in 19 days which was 4.44% higher compared to the CK.
