摘要
通过测定猪淋巴细胞转化和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性的变化,研究蓝芩注射液对动物细胞免疫功能的影响。应用蓝芩注射液后,试验组猪淋巴细胞的转化显著高于对照组;用药组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性与生理盐水对照组小鼠相比差异显著。试验结果表明,蓝芩注射液具有良好的促进ConA诱导的猪外周血T淋巴细胞转化作用,不同剂量的蓝芩注射液对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红具有双向调节作用。
The effects of Lanqin injection on cellular immune function were studied by determining the effects of T lymphocytes transplantation in pigs and the swallowing functions of the phagocytes in mice. The rates of T lymphocyte transformation in pigs in medicated groups were higher that of the control group, and the differences of phagocyte activities between the medicated groups and the control group was obvious. The results showed that Lanqin injection could assist the T lymphocyte transformation induced by ConA well and different doses had diphasic regulation function on the phagocytes in mice to swallow neutral red.
