随着对兽药残留检测领域研究的不断深入,免疫亲和色谱技术得到了越来越多的广泛应用。本文详细阐述了免疫亲和色谱的原理和关键技术,介绍了其在动物性食品中兽药及饲料药物添加剂残留检测中的应用与进展。
With the development of veterinary drug residues detection technology, immunoaffinity chromatography has been widely used. The theory and main technology of immnuoaffinity chromatography, and its applications and development in the determination of veterinary drug residues were described in this paper.
