摘要
在反应温度430℃,压力0.1MPa,液时空速1h^-1的反应条件下,以75—120℃倦化裂化(FCC)汽油馏分为原料。在实验室连续固定床反应装置上考察了不同改性HZSM-5催化捌的降烯烃芳构化反应性能。实验结果表明,经过水热处理的Zn—P/HZSM-5催化剂具有较好的降烯烃芳构化活性及稳定性,原料中烯烃转化率达82.76%,而液相产品中烯烃质量分数及芳烃质量分数分别为7.36%,70.78%,且产品中甲苯质量分数最大达28.47%。
Under reaction temperature 430 ℃ ,pressure 0.1 MPa, liquid hour space velocity 1 h^-1, the decreasing debris and aromatization properties of different modified HZSM - 5 catalysts were investigated with a continuous fixed reactor using FCC gasoline (75 - 120 ℃ fraction). The experimental results showed that hydrothermal treatment Zn - P/HZSM - 5 catalyst has better decreasing oleBns and aromatization activity and stability, the olefias conversion rate in feedstock is 82.76 %, olefins content and aromatics content in the liquid product are 7.36 %, 70.78 %, respectively, especially the content of toluene in the liquid product is up to 28.47 %.
