摘要
建筑施工项目的成功与否主要取决于管理策略和管理方法,而管理策略和管理方法的选择离不开施工项目的操作程序和操作方法,在施工项目的操作过程中企业要不断地面对各种新问题,并要不断地解决新问题。对建筑施工企业而言,瓶颈管理就是寻找出企业影响施工质量、进度、投资的约束条件,并将其消除的管理模式。本文根据建筑施工企业现行的施工操作过程,提出建筑施工企业瓶颈管理方法。
