摘要
在我国建筑节能起步不久,市场潜力大。同时建筑节能工程是一个涉及面广的综合系统性工程,需要各方努力推进节能市场的规范与成熟。本文从我国建筑节能市场现状入手,针对存在的问题,着重从政府,开发商,业主三方提出如何推进建筑节能市场化建议。
In our country, construction energy-efficiency is underway, whose market is large. While, the construction energy-efficiency enginerring, which relate to many faces, is a systematism and allaround one , and need all parts to advance it in a standard and mature way. The article, started with the present situation in the market of construction energy-efficiency enginerring, aimed at the problem in it, table a proposal from government , developer and owner three aspect in emphases.
