摘要 提出了一种小电流接地故障智能选线方案。该智能选线方案根据系统运行不同的工况选择各自最为适用的选线方法(包括零序电流比幅比相法、应用小波检测故障突变特性方法、基于小波包分析的瞬时极性比较方法),扬长避短,从而达到最佳的选线目的。该方案不受运行方式等各种因素的影响,对干扰的容忍能力也很强。硬件装置采用APC I5467数据采集板,RTDS试验对该装置以及算法进行的验证表明,智能选线方案的选线准确率高,同时硬件也相当可靠。 An intelligent method for single indirect-grounded fault system is presented. In this method, according to different operation conditions, the optimal method will be applied, The intelligent method includes the absolute value and angle of the zero-sequence currents contrasts, abrupt change detection with wavelet based on wavelet packets instantaneous polarity contrast. It is not affected by operation conditions and has much endurance to interference. The hardware device is APCI5467 produced by Kongtop Corporation. RTDS simulation verifies the intelligent method is of selection effectiveness and hardware security.
