摘要
用不同剂量的He-Ne激光辐照杜梨种子,并进行发芽试验,结果表明,15.28J/cm2、30.56J/cm2的辐照对杜梨种子的发芽率、发芽指数、贮藏物质运转率、幼苗干重、下胚轴长度、活力指数均有显著的促进作用,57.30ZJ/cm2的辐照则对上述指标有一定的抑制作用。
The pyrus betulaefolia seeds are radiated by different doses of He-Ne laser and the germination test are determined. The results show that the germination percentage,germination index,converting rotes of storagematter,hypocotyl length,seedling dried weight,vigor index are all raised when 15. 28 or 30. 56J/cm2 dosage of He-Ne laser is provided and are reduced when 57. 30J/cm2 dosage is done.
