摘要
无位置传感器无刷直流电机是无刷电机的发展方向。无传感器位置检测方法主要有反电势法,定子三次谐波法和电感法等。一般来讲,反电势法与定子三次谐波法比较成熟,但是电机静止或者低速时,位置检测困难。该文叙述了电机起动或者低速时的转子位置估计方法,即定子电感法和速度无关位置函数法。它为无位置传感器无刷直流电机的转子位置检测,尤其对电机起动以及低速时转子位置检测提供了解决方案。
Sensor less blushless direct current motor is the prospect of brushless direct current motor,however, the key factors which rotor position estimation can be diffcultly gotten at standstillor low speed limit brushless motors use. At present position estimation without sensor is back- EMF, stator three and stator inductance methods. Their uses are limited because of difficulty of position estimation during startup and low speed. So this paper presents some methods including stator imductance and position function without speed,especially for rotor position estimation during at standstill or low speed.
