摘要
目的介绍层状双金属氢氧化物作为一类新型医药用载体的原理及应用。方法参阅相关文献,对其进行综合、分析和归纳。结果与结论层状双金属氢氧化物作为一种全新的医药用载体,有望解决难溶性药物溶解度、蛋白质多肽类药物的非注射途径给药、基因治疗等各种医药学难题,将会成为一类非常有应用价值的医药用载体。
