Caspase非依赖性细胞程序性死亡 被引量:2

摘要 一直以来细胞死亡被分为细胞坏死和凋亡。后者是一种程序化的主动性细胞死亡,caspase在其中起着决定性作用。但是凋亡并非细胞程序性死亡的唯一形式。大量研究结果表明还存在caspase非依赖性的细胞程序性死亡,已被人们初步认识的有自体吞噬作用、paraptosis以及与线粒体相关的途径。这些caspase非依赖性的细胞程序性死亡途径在清除机体有害细胞和成分上起着非常重要的作用,并与发育和许多生理/病理现象密切相关。
