摘要
综述近年来肿瘤坏死因子家族的B细胞激活因子(BAFF)的最新进展,阐述其生物学特性、作用机制及其在T、B细胞发育和功能方面的调节作用,阐明BAFF在自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤性疾病中的作用。
