工业废水的致突变检测

摘要 取蚌埠市郊有代表性的三种工业废水样,分别给三个试验组的小白鼠自由饮,对照组饮蒸馏水,一个月后,试验组的胸骨微核出现率高于对照组(P<0.01)。以废水汇合沟中段水样组最高。3个试验组的雄性睾丸细胞作染色体畸变分析,未见明显异常。 This paper reports toxicity in mice to three sewage samples taken from sewagefarms in the exurbia of Bengbu City. The principal findings were the following. No poisoning was found in association with the oral single dose of 0.2ml/10g body-weight ( i.e. approximately 1000 ml for a 50kg man) to the three sewage samples in mice. Then we let the mice free take the three sewage samples for a month. The micronucleus test of sterna showed that the micronucleus rates of three experimental groups were higher compared with those of the control group, and the most significant micronucleus rate occurred in the central sewage group. No obviously abnormal changes were observed in the chromosomal aberration analysis of reproductivc cells in the male mice.
