消渴丸的不良反应与合理应用

Adverse drug reactions and rational use of Xiaoke Wan

消渴丸是治疗糖尿病的中西药复方制剂,具有较好的临床疗效。随着临床的广泛使用,消渴丸引起的不良反应报告也日渐增多。通过对近年来消渴丸引起的不良反应和国外相关安全性监管措施的文献检索,分析该药品引起严重不良反应的发生原因,并针对该品种的管理和临床合理使用提出了相关建议,以减少不良反应的重复发生。

Xiaoke Wan is Chinese-Western combination preparation, and has been used in patients with diabetes. With being widely used in clinic, more and more ADR cases of Xiaoke Wan have been reported. In this article, through analyzing the ADR reports of Xiaoke Wan published in literature together with actions taken by other regulatory authorities worldwide due to safety reasons, the cause of severe ADR is indicated, and suggestions on how to avoid repeated occurrence of ADR by strengthening administration and rational use of this product.
