摘要
本文介绍了精密相位检测系统的信号和数据处理工作原理，并对该系统的硬件、软件原理和系统工作流程均作了阐述。单片微机用于相位检测系统中，大大提高了检测精度，同时提高了仪器的智能化程度。
In this paper,principle of signal and data processing of precision phase detection system is introduced.Hardware and software principle and system work procedure is also specified. With the help of single-chip microprocessor,detection precision as well asintelligence of the instrument is improved.
