Discussion of monitoring mode of adverse drug reactions in medical organizations

目的探讨医疗机构开展药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作的模式。方法针对医疗机构在开展ADR监测工作中,积极性不高、认知度不够的情况,制定相应的措施,逐步建立完善的ADR监测体系。结果建立完善的监测体系是医疗机构做好ADR监测工作的保障。结论医疗机构应该在ADR监测工作中发挥积极作用,以保障公众用药安全、有效。

Objective To discuss on the monitoring mode of adverse drug reacdons（ADR） that can be used by the medical organization.Method In view of the poor enthusiasm and understanding of the monitoring system of ADR when it is just brought into force, the medical institution should take measures to bring the system to completion.Result The indemnification of the monitoring work of ADR is establishing a perfect system. Conclusion The medical institution should give full scope to the monitoring work of ADR to guarantee the patients against dangerous and useless medicine.
