Determination of Content and Content Uniformity of Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Tablets by First Derivation Spectrophotometry

目的:建立一阶导数光谱法测定盐酸哌甲酯片含量及含量均匀度的方法。方法:以水为溶媒用一阶导数光谱法测定盐酸哌甲酯片的含量及含量均匀度。结果:盐酸哌甲酯的平均回收率为:99.12%,RSD为:0.60%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确。

Objective： To establish a more simple and rapid method for determining the content and its uniformity of methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets. Methods： The first derivation spectrophotometry method was used to determine the content and content uniformity of methylphenidate hydrochloride tablets with the solvent of water. Results： The average recovery was 99.12 %,with 0.70 % RSD.The linear range was 0.12-0.60 mg/mL. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
