摘要
对常用的丁香等中草药提取物在果蔬保鲜上的抑菌机理及其应用进行简要介绍,总结了部分中草药提取物作为保鲜剂进行果蔬保鲜的应用情况,指出了目前研究开发天然中草药果蔬防腐保鲜剂所面临的问题及其应用前景。
In this paper,the antifungal mechanism and advance of the extractions of some Chinese herbal medicine such as Syrygiu. Aromaticum for keeping vegetahle and fruit fresh wcre introduced. The author summed up the application of some extractions of Chinese herbal medicine used for keeping-frcsh and pointed out the problems about rescarch of natural antistaling agent and the prospect of its application.
