传统意义上的酒店信息管理系统软件前台与后台划分，是基于酒店职能部门设置进行的，这使得软件本身与管理实践之间的差异相对明显。难以克服。Micros Fidelio酒店智能化信息管理平台系统设计思想则是基于数据流，这使得用户更灵活地利用Micros Fidelio系统为酒店管理服务而不失去固有的风格。另外，在管理的深层次上对数据流实施控制和动态分析，使提高酒店的利润、降低成本成为可能。前台系统不仅包含有预订、接待、客房、出纳、夜审等传统模块，而且还包含财务应收账系统以及建筑设备自动控制众多的附加模块和决策支持。使得酒店能有效地控制收益全过程。

The traditional division of hotel management information system： foreground application and background application is based on the hotel department setting, which makes it very difficult to eliminate the difference between the software itself and management affairs. Micros Fidelio is a kind of hotel management information system that can deal the problems very well. Its platform design comes from the data stream thought so that users can not only take advantage of Micro Fidelio system for hotel management affaires, but also remain the own characteristic. Otherwise, deep managing control and dynamic analysis of data stream access the feasibility of improving profit and reducing cost. The foreground system consists of such traditional modules as booking, reception, guestroom, paying, night examination, etc. more over, financial receivables module, building automation module and other additional modules and decision-making assistant modules are also integrated. The variety of module offers hotel the efficiency of control income proceeding.
