摘要
机载静电液作动器将传统作动器的液压源驱动改为电能驱动,由电动泵直接驱动液压泵,具有结构简单、效率高和容错性强等优点,是多电飞机研究的重要内容。本文研究的静电液作动器的驱动部分,是采用了一种双绕组无刷直流电机,其定子绕组由电角度相差30o的两套绕组构成,并且由两套独立的电路驱动,从而实现电气双余度控制。文中提出了双余度系统的"故障——工作"的容错控制方式,说明了双余度控制的高可靠性。最后,给出实验结果,验证了双余度控制的优点。
Electro Hydrostatic Actuator(EHA) is driven by electric power instead of hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic pumb is drived by electric pump directly. It has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and high fault-tolerance. It is an important issue of More Electric Aircraft. The drivers of EHA that is researched in the paper adopts the brushless DC motor with dual windings. The dual control channel is driven by two independent circuits,.In this paper, the control method of "fault-work" on the dual redundance is advanced--fault-tolerance control. The reliability is improved greatly. At last the results of experiment is given and proves the advantages of dual-redundant control.
