双快试验诊断幽门弯曲菌感染

DIAGNOSIS OF CAMPYLOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION USING DOUBLE RAPID TEST

本文应用双快(尿素酶、氧化酶)试验,对200例胃疾病患者的胃粘膜活检标本进行幽门弯曲菌检查,并与直接涂片革兰氏染色镜检相对照,我们认为较单项尿素酶试验更为可靠。经统计学检验证明双快试验是一种简便、快速的诊断方法。

Two hundred gastric mucosal biopsies of patients suffering from gastric disorders were examined with double rapid test ( urcase and oxidase)in comparison with microscopy of direct smear in Gram's staining. The results show that this test is superior to just only urease test, and is easy, fast, and reliable for the diagnosis.
