摘要
目的观察妇女在服用避孕药后神经精神行为活动和睡眠活动的变化。方法以问卷调查妇女在服用复方避孕药和探亲避孕药后神经精神行为活动和睡眠活动的变化。结果妇女服用避孕药后,肌肉紧张度增加,学习记忆困难,疲乏困倦[对照组分别为:(0.33±0.05)分,(0.43±0.05)分,(0.44±0.06)分;复方避孕药组为(0.62±0.08)分,(0.77±0.10)分,(0.81±0.10)分],乘车时有恶心呕吐感,以服用复方避孕药更甚(P<0.05)。服用复方避孕药后、妇女入睡容易、睡眠时间延长[对照组为6.78±0.07)h,复方避孕药组为(7.67±0.06)h]、睡眠过程中多梦;而服用探亲避孕药后,妇女入睡较困难、睡眠过程中易醒、睡眠时间变短[(6.37±0.13)h,P<0.05)]。结论妇女在服用避孕药后神经精神行为活动和睡眠活动的变化是由于大剂量的雌激素和孕激素作用于神经细胞引起的。
Objective To explore the effect of contraceptives on women behavior. Methods By writing sheet, the change of behavior was observed after women took contraceptives. Results After women took contraceptives , they excite easilier, their three of musele was raised, they fatigue easilier, the process of learning and memory generate slower,Their attention concentrates more difficultly, but it is the most obviously after they took the co-estradiol and progestin. After women took the co- estradiol and progestin, they go to sleep easilier, the time of sleep was lengthened, they have more dream; after took norethisterone, they got to sleep more difficulty and waked up easilier during sleep, the time of sleep shorten. Conclusion After women took contraceptives, the change of women behavior is induced by the bighter concentration of estradiol and progestin in blood.
