结肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性研究

The study of correlation between quality of life and social support in colostomy patients

目的探讨结肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性,及提高患者生活质量的措施,为临床护理提供依据。方法采用描述性相关性研究方法,应用欧洲癌症患者生活质量评定量表(EORTCQLQC30)和社会支持量表(PSSS),对86例结肠造口患者进行问卷调查。结果结肠造口患者QLQC30的生活质量总均分为(49.13±17.20)分;其社会支持总分为(63.65±11.65)分;相关分析结果显示总生活质量与社会支持总分呈正相关,相关系数为0.367,P<0.01。结论有较高社会支持水平的结肠造口患者其生活质量也较高,即主观感受到社会支持较多的患者有较好的生活质量,造口专科护士应关注此方面的情况。

Objective To identify the correlation between quality of Life and social supporl in colostomy patients and bring forward methods of impro＇ving the QOL of colostomy patients, so as to offer the evidences for practical nurses. Methods A descriptive, correlative design was employed in this study. 86 colostomy patients were recruited to complete two questionnaires, including EORTC QLQ-C30, Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS）. Results The quality of life of colostomy patients was relatively low. The mean score of EORTC QLQ- C30 was 49.13 ± 17.20. The scores of social support is 63.65 ± 11.65. The scores of QOL were positively correlated with the scores of social support. Conclusion The more social support in colostomy patients were, the higher level the quality of life was. The results point out more practical nurses should put attention to it.
