原位肝移植术治疗晚期肝炎肝硬化的临床研究

Clinical analysis of orthotropic liver transplantation treatment on developed liver cirrosis

目的探讨原位肝移植治疗晚期肝炎肝硬化的价值。方法观察15例肝炎肝硬化肝功能失代偿病人肝移植术后肝功能及相关并发症,评估手术成功率和患者生存状况。结果13例移植术后肝功能良好,患者存活良好。1例死亡,1例失访。结论肝移植治疗晚期肝炎肝硬化手术成功率和受者的生存情况均令人满意。

Objective To evaluated the orthotropic liver transplantation treatment on developed liver cirrosis. Methods Orthotropic liver transplantation was performed for 15 cases. The donor liver function, the operative experience, correlative complications, the successful probability of operation and the condition of patients were summarized. Results 13 orthotropic liver transplantation operations were performed successfully, the patient＇s conditions were well, one patient died, one patient missed. Conclusion The function of donor liver is well, the successful probability of operation and the conditions of patients are satisfied.
