The KS8993 produced by KENDIN Corp. is a 3-port 10/100 integrated fast ethemet switch with physical layer transceivers. In this paper, the main functions, feature and main interfaces are introduced in detail.The typical IP phone application using KS8993 switch to connect one port to phone and other port to PC is given.
