摘要
本文收集我院1977年5月～1984年5月经病理证实的外耳道及中耳癌20例,应用单纯放射治疗,其三年生存率为55％,五年生存率为40％。文中重点讨论外耳道及中耳癌的放射治疗方法,疗效和影响预后的因素。单纯放射治疗最适宜剂量以60～70Gy/6～7周为好。
The Purpose of this report is to analyze 20 cases of pathologically-confirmed middle ear neoplasm and external auditory cannal neoplasm. They were treated by radiation alone. It was found that 55%(11/20) survived 3 years and 40%(8/20) survived 5 years.The factors influencing prognosis and the method of radiation are discussed. The optimum dose for radiation alone seemes to be 60-70 Gy in 6-7 weeks.
