In the production of high grade and white paperboard, sometimes we find some black dirt in the finished products suddenly, it makes the inspector have to reduce the quality of the finished products, and it will be reduced to the shoddy products, too. That will bring the huge economic losses to the manufactures. This thesis introduces the methods of how to identificate the dirt. Finally, we find the methods to solve these problems.
