The Otorhinolaryngitic Hemangioma with YAG Laser Treatment

报道１５２例经ＹＡＧ激光治疗的耳鼻咽喉部血管瘤患者，经３～１０年随访，治愈８８例（５７．８９％）；显效４２例（２７．６３％）；有效２１例（１３．８１％）；无效１例（０．６６％）。

Of the 152 cases of the otorhinolaryngitic hemangioma, which were treated by Nd:YAG laser and followed up for 3～10 years,88 (57.89%) showed satisfactory cured;42(27.63%)was obviously effective and 21(13.82%) was effective but with no effect for one case.The effective rate by YAG laser treatment in this long term follow up group was 99.43%.The data also releaved the different effectiveness rate by the laser depended upon various types of hemangioma:most sensitive to the laser was simple hemangioma the cured cases of 58(38.16%) followed by angiocavernoma of 30(19.74%),angiolaryngioma was less sensitive and there was no effect on angiomacutis by the laser.Five cases (3.77%) had relapsed during the follow up period. The best power of the laser used for treating hemangioma is between 20～30W and for pediatric cases 10W seems adequate with hemangioma.
