Microwave Heating for Lymphedema of Postoperative Tumor:79 Cases Report

肢体慢性淋巴水肿是乳腺癌、妇科肿瘤等术后常见的并发症。本组用微波烘疗７９例，经对患者肢体周径、体积、组织张力治疗前后的测定，以及丹毒发作频率的统计分析，证实微波烘疗为肿瘤术后肢体慢性淋巴水肿有效而简便的治疗方法。

Since 1985,79 cases of extremities lymphedema of postoperative tumor were treated by microwave heating. A treatment was given last for 1 hour daily.Twenty times for course. The reduction of lymphedema was significant at the 0.01 level.The elasticity of the soft tissue was restored.This treatment can control attacks of erysipelas infection,For extremities lymphedema of postoperative tumor, this microwave heating is an effective and convenient procedures.
