通过分析亚硫酸法甘蔗糖厂蒸发罐积垢的成分，筛选对积垢主要成分有优异阻垢性能的防垢药剂组合成甘蔗糖厂专用防垢剂。经生产应用试验表明，本防垢剂防垢效果显著，对结垢最严重的第Ⅳ、Ⅴ效蒸发罐的阻垢率达60～70％，并对生产带来积极的影响。

After analysis of the compositions of deposits produced by process of sulfurous acid in the evaporators of cane sugar mill, the anti-scaling compound with excellent anti-scaling performance and special for scale control of cane sugar mills was chose. Practical applications proved that the product showed satisfactory anti-scaling effect, the efficiency of control scale for evaporators effect Ⅳ andⅤwith most serious scale could be reached 60 ～70%. The use of the product had positive effect on production.
