The nationalization of Marxist legal ideology in China is a new research subject. The construction of Chinese socialism requires our continuous efforts in exploring the nationalization of Marxist legal ideology in China. With a review of the development of the socialist legal ideology since the founding of People＇ s Republic of China and a study of the supreme proposition of Marxism, it states that the strategy of democratic legal system in a harmonious society not only conforms well to the present circumstances of our country but also is the latest achievement made on the nationalization of Marxist legal ideology in China.
