摘要
当前,各娱乐城为了方便客户点播节目,都希望在包间和大堂设计无线或有线点播系统。由于系统的特殊性,一般采用集中控制柜的方式,将各路信号连接到机柜的单片机采集板上。但随着娱乐城规模增大,点播路数经常达到几百个,采用单一的单片机采集板的方法显然会很不方便。将DCS技术引入到集中控制柜中,采用多个单片机利用RS 485现场总线组成主从结构,将几百个采集点分散到多个采集板中,不仅大大简化了电路结构,而且使系统扩展非常方便。
in current,many casinos want to use wireless or wire- order program system to make the client order program more easily. By the character of this system,a centralized control cabinet is used normally, all of the lines are connected on a single collection board,which has a single chip on it. But if the number of the lines is too more, for example over 100 lines, this way is very hard to realize. This paper uses the technology of DCS in the centralized control cabinet, and uses RS 485 field bus to connect multi collection board in a master - slave mode. Hundreds of collection - lines have been separated into many collection boards. This way can make the circuit simpler, and extend the system easily.
