领导—成员交换理论研究探析 被引量:5

摘要 领导—成员交换理论将领导行为、领导效能的研究放置于领导和成员之间一对一的“垂直二元体”中进行。高质量的领导—成员交换关系对提高双方的工作绩效、满意度,改善组织公民行为有显著作用。文化情境的特殊性,使得中国企业组织中的领导—成员交换关系与国外研究的结论存在差异,这也将是国内学者未来研究的方向。
