摘要
提出了三相泡沫防治煤炭自燃的新技术.利用煤自燃特性实验系统测试研究了三相泡沫处理后煤样的氧化升温速率和CO的释放速率,包括煤样煤质、三相泡沫浓度、浆液浓度和颗粒粒度等因素的影响.研究结果表明三相泡沫对煤体的阻化效果显著,能有效地减缓煤的氧化放热速率,抑制煤温度的升高;同时也极大地抑制了CO的释放量.图6,表2,参8.
Three-phase foam as a new technology was proposed to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal. Experiments were done to research the characteristic of preventing spontaneous combustion of coal treated with three-phase foam by using spontaneous combustion testing apparatus. Speed of temperature rise and CO released were tested and the testing influencing parameters included types of coal, concentration of three-phase foam, concentration of slurry and size of granularity. The results show that the preventing effect of three-phase foam is remarkable. It can effectively depress the radiative velocity and control temperature of coal to rise and restrain quantity of CO released. 6figs., 2tabs., 8refs.
