模糊随机理论在齿板类零件有限元仿真中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据齿板类零件有限元静力分析的特点,结合工程实际问题的模糊性与随机性.以颚式破碎机齿板为例,首次建立了齿板组破碎力概率分布函数和齿板各齿面受力分布的隶属度函数,根据经验和多次试算,确定了各齿面的载荷值,得出齿面载荷的隶属度函数为钟形分布,仿真结果真实地表达了齿板的受力状况.图5,参8. The specialties of static simulation of the teeth- type parts, properties of fuzzy and probability of engineering problem, value resolution methods of membership function were studied simply. For the first time, according to the teeth-plate of crusher, probability distribution function of crushing force of teeth-plate group and membership function of teeth-plate crushing force distribution were established. On experiment data and multi-trail calculating, the loading values of the teeth-plates are determined,the figure of the membership function belongs to bell- distribution which reflect teeth-plate force states, and make the simulation results can better express the truly force status of the plate. 5 figs., 8refs.
