摘要
本文利用20例足月引产胎儿的材料,对内淋巴囊的一般组织学结构和超微结构进行了观察。扫描电镜显示囊腔内面有两种类型细胞。透射电镜观察则显示内淋巴囊上皮有三种类型细胞:A型细胞具有较多的微绒毛,丰富的线粒体和内质网;B型细胞有广泛的细胞侧褶,少量的高尔基体、内质网、溶酶体等;C型细胞的最显著特征是胞质内充满大量的包含体、溶酶体和残余体等。内淋巴囊近侧部上皮下结缔组织疏松,血管丰富;远侧部上皮下结缔组织致密、血管稀少。
The histology and ultrastructure of the endolymphatic sac were observed in 20 full-term fetus with a light microscope, a scanning electron microscope and a transmission electron microscope respectively. Under the scanning electron microscope, the luminal surface of the endolymphatic sac ( ELS) is lined with two populations of epithelial cells. The transmission electron microscopic observation shows that the epithelial cells of the ELS fall into three types. Type A consists of a large number of microvilli, abundand mitochondria and endoplasmic reticula. Type B presents an extensive folded lateral-cell membrane with a few Golgi's bodies, endoplasmic reticula, lysosomes and so on. Type C is characterized by plentiful membrane-bound vesicles, lysosomes and residual bodies. The proximal part of the ELS is a loose-areolar connective tissue with numerous blood vessels beneath the basement membrane, and the distal part, a compact connective tissue with a few blood vessels
