摘要
在对国内外有关技术创新主要观点及其演变、技术创新界定所涉及的主要问题与理论研究的基础上,结合我国企业技术创新能力存在的问题与障碍进行分析,提出了如何提高我国企业技术创新能力的相应对策。
In this paper, we put forward the according countermeastues of how to improve the capability of enterprise＇s technical innovation in China through the basis of main ideas and evolution of technical innovation home and abroad, dominant problems and theories involved in the definition of technical innovation, combining with the analysis of problems and barriers in enterprise＇s technical innovation in China.
