摘要
企业进行现代化管理的最终发展趋势是实施ERP,但由于ERP是一种强大的管理系统,企业在实施过程中会遇到各种困难,所以,企业在实施ERP时应考虑企业内部的管理优化以及企业外部的市场环境问题,用最小的代价完成ERP系统的建立与正常运行。
The last development of modem enterprise＇ s management is ERP, But the enterprises will meet many difficulties during practice for ERP is a big and compound management system,So enterprises should think of the internal environment and external environment. Enterprises should set up ERP systems with minimize costs.
