摘要
本文研究了旅游商务方法专利的申请和诉讼案例,认为商务方法专利将重塑旅游产业链。在酒店预订方法、航空机票预订方法、酒店服务方法、旅游产品等领域已经产生了数以万计的专利。这些专利将对我国旅游企业的发展造成巨大威胁。我们应采取措施,启发、激励更多的中国旅游企业撰写、提交专利申请。
This paper studies cases of tourism patent applications and lawsuits, it holds that business method patents will remould the industry chain of tourism. Up till now there have been more than ten thousand patents in such areas as hotel booking methods, airplane ticket reservation methods, hotel service methods and tourism products. These patents will pose great threat to the development of our country＇ s tourism enterprises. We must adopt measures to enlighten and inspire more Chinese tourism enterprises to draft and submit patent applications concerning business methods of tourism.
