摘要
正交试验法是多因素试验中选择较优方案的一种有效方法,将它应用于白酒勾兑中,具有试验次数少,效果好之特点。
orthogonal test is an efficient method for determination of technology in multifactor experiment. When used in liquor blending it has the advantage of fewer tests but better result . in this paper blending technologies are chosen with orthogonal test and achievements are gained in praefiee.
