液相氧化对叔丁基甲苯合成对叔丁基苯甲酸 被引量:3

Synthesis of P-tert-butylbenzoic Acid from P-tert-butyltoluene by Liquid-phase Oxidation

摘要 以对叔丁基甲苯(PTBT)为原料,醋酸钴为催化剂,无溶剂液相氧化法合成对叔丁基苯甲酸(PTBA)。引发剂乙醛明显缩短了诱导期;反应的适宜温度为170℃,反应100 min后PTBA收率为50%,其选择性为98%;确定了170℃时反应级数n为一级,仅与PTBT浓度有关,速率常数k=21.7×10-3min-1。 P-tert- butylbenzoic acid was synthesized from p- tert- butyltoluene by liquid- phase oxidation with cobalt acetate as catalyst,which was solvent flee. Aldehyde used as initiating agent shortened inducing period obviously. The optimal reaction temperature was 170℃ and yield of PTBA was 50% after 100 min with selectivity of 98% .It showed that the oxidation was first order reaction with regard to suhstrate concentration only and the rate constant was 21.7 × 10^-3 min^-1 at 170℃.
